Servicio de Administración y Enajenación de Bienes (“SAE”) (Asset Management and Disposition Agency)

SAE is a public and decentralized agency of Mexico’s Federal Public Administration, with juridical personality and autonomous capital structure. It was created on June 17th of 2003, as the result of the Law “Ley Federal para la Administración y Enajenación de Bienes del Sector Público”, approved by the Congress at the end of 2002. This law addressed the opportunity to align in a single institution the efforts and functions that, until then, were performed by several different entities of the Federal Government.

Mission

To allocate the unproductive goods and companies of the State, doing it in a committed, efficient, transparent and socially responsible way, looking to partake in the reinforcement of the state of right, the public finances and the Mexican financial system.

Vision
